昨天雷哥SAT老师介绍了如何选择暑期课外活动，今天要给大家分享的是如何来写申请文书中的活动部分，如何去建立文书的吸引点呢？

先来看一下杜兰大学招生官分享的6点注意事项。

1. 无需赘述，挑选主要活动经历，有代表性，能突出你的热情即可。

2. 如果同类型活动很多，那么用简单的话总结就可以了。

3. 活动的列举顺序很重要。你最大的亮点要放在第一个，能一下子抓住眼球，也就是将最擅长、最有热情的排在第一个，然后依次减弱。

4. 虽然美国学校同样很重视社区服务或者公益活动这些项目，但也简单叙述就好，写出几十个招生官们也不会认为你真的热爱公益，反而有刻意堆经历的嫌疑哦，过犹不及~

5. 尽量将参加活动的细节用客观数字表述，就像写CV一样，数据会更有说服力。

6. 活动的名称如果要用缩写，那一定要在第一次出现的地方标注活动全称，否则招生官们很可能不知道你说的到底是什么。

作为学生考虑的更多是如何成为一名优秀的、全面的学生，而实际上，招生官们更多考虑的是建立一个全面的、多元的班级，这就需要招生官们去寻找各种各样、各有特色的学生。所以呢，其实大可不必随波逐流，不管不顾自己喜欢什么、适合什么，就一头扎进所谓的“加分项”去参与活动。去找到你真正热爱的、愿意投入身心去做的事情，坚持下去，一定会形成属于你自己的特色，那么你身上独有的气质和气场自然会产生巨大的吸引力。

1. Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you havepositively influenced others, helped resolve disputes, or contributed to groupefforts over time.

描述你的一次领导经历，可以体现你对他人的积极影响，帮助解决了争端或者是随着时间的推移，对团队的努力做出了贡献。

2. Every person has a creative side, and it can be expressed in many ways:problem solving, original and innovative thinking, and artistically, to name afew. Describe how you express your creative side.

每个人都有具有创造力的一面，它能通过很多方面表现出来：解决问题，原创的创新思维，和在艺术上的创作等。描述你会如何表达你的创造性。

3. What would you say is your greatest talent or skill? How have you developedand demonstrated that talent over time?

你最突出的才能或技能是什么?一直以来，你是如何培养并展示这一才能或技能的?

4. Describe how you have taken advantage of a significant educationalopportunity or worked to overcome an educational barrier you have faced.

2016年Common App申请系统文书题目

1. Some students have a background, identity, interest, or talent that is someaningful they believe their application would be incomplete without it. Ifthis sounds like you, then please share your story.

一些学生有非常有意义的背景、身份、兴趣或才能，如果不予讲述出来的话，申请就会不完整。如果你是这样的学生，请分享你的故事。

2. The lessons we take from failure can be fundamental to later success. Recountan incident or time when you experienced failure. How did it affect you, andwhat did you learn from the experience?
